Affordable Heating showed up quickly when I had a problem with my furnace. James was very thorough explaining what was wrong and what the fix was. Replaced part and installed a new thermostat getting us up and running quickly. I highly recommend Affordable and the tech James was very professional and friendly.

Great service. Our A/C wasn’t working on a Saturday in June. The service repair man answered on a Saturday right away and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. He fixed our problem in no time and our bill was less than $200 on a Sunday. I feel that’s a win-win!

It initially started by having them come out and turn our boiler on. The owner of the company, Dylan, came out the same day I called - on a Sunday. As soon as it came on carbon monoxide detectors started going off. Dylan diagnosed the issue right away - and his diagnosis was confirmed by a second opinion - and he quickly moved to replace the boiler, clean the chimney flue, reroute the exhaust for the boiler and hot water heater and cleaned everything up.

During this time it was the coldest week of 2023. He provided plenty of space heaters to keep my family safe and warm. The whole team (owner, office workers, repairmen) were extremely transparent with their communication and timeline for replacement. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are very professional. Very friendly. Very experienced. And just as their name indicates, VERY affordable.

Since the install we have had them out for other reasons and they are always ready to answer the call in a timely manner.

As long as I live in their service area I will ALWAYS turn to them for my HVAC and sheet metal needs. Thank you Dylan and team. You are what “right looks like.”
