HandyManny has excellent employees in all areas. I called the office a few times, and every person I spoke to treated me with courtesy and understanding. They thoroughly explained things to be me. The same can be said about the installation people. They arrived on time. Everyone was very professional. The installers did a great job of cleaning up.

Alex was great! Phenomenal customer service. These guys are real professionals. They just left my house. They did four window wells. It is freezing cold outside. I told him he could come inside. Take a break. I felt kind of bad. He said it’s gonna be fine and he just moved along really fast And did a wonderful job. I went with the security locks. The piece of mind is worth the price and the price is fair. I will be passing on this business to friends and family. Thank you again and my installer was absolutely phenomenal.

I am beyond impressed of the quality of the work and product of the HandyManny Team. They measure and create the covers on site for the perfect fit. The covers are super strong, close with a tight snug with the clips they install, and are not flimsy like the ones from your local hardware store. My basement now gets natural light to flow through in the ultra clear covers and they can easily open for ventilation. Highly, highly, recommend!

I had been gathering estimates for two weeks and had the work completed last week. Salvador had come out to assess the work and provide an initial estimate. As far as I could tell, their covers seemed comparable to what all the other custom window well companies provide - durable, good quality, attractive - but I went with Handy Manny because of their high level of service and quality of work. They weren’t the lowest bid out of the five I had gotten but I found Handy Manny to be reasonably priced, receptive to my concerns, and accommodating to my needs. Major kudos to Evelyn and Alexis for their excellent customer service and Salvador and his partner for their good work which took a few hours to complete. I highly recommend Handy Manny for custom window well covers.

HandyManny did a great job digging out and replacing our window well and installing the new cover. The team came out on this very cold day, were very pleasant, reviewed what they were doing and why while it was happening, and showed the final work after cleaning everything up. Happy with the immediate results and believe we will be in the ling term too.

We are very happy with our window well covers from Handy Manny! Their service was very professional, courteous and quick! Our installers even cleaned out the debris from the well!
